The Lord reigns

Psalm 97

The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad;
    let the distant shores rejoice.

Clouds and thick darkness surround him;
    righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

Fire goes before him
    and consumes his foes on every side.

His lightning lights up the world;
    the earth sees and trembles.

The mountains melt like wax before the Lord,
    before the Lord of all the earth.

The heavens proclaim his righteousness,
    and all peoples see his glory.

All who worship images are put to shame,
    those who boast in idols—
    worship him, all you gods!

Zion hears and rejoices
    and the villages of Judah are glad
    because of your judgments, Lord.

For you, Lord, are the Most High over all the earth;
    you are exalted far above all gods.

10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil,
    for he guards the lives of his faithful ones
    and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

11 Light shines on the righteous
    and joy on the upright in heart.

12 Rejoice in the Lord, you who are righteous,
    and praise his holy name.

We want to see Your glory, God

We lift our voices, we lift our hands in praise and worship

Show us Your glory, God

God, send down Your power

God, Give us your glory

Move in every generation, oh God

Show us Your power, oh God

Oh God, we love you

Rain down on us, oh God

    1. Hey Lydia. I do a google search for some and get lucky that the scripture I’m looking for is already on the image. Others I add the scripture myself. I am careful though to look for images that are marked for free use. I prayerfully haven’t used any pictures that might be copywrited.

  1. I do have agreements with 2 photographers that say I can use their photos provided its not for commercial use and I credit them in my post. I don’t do it often, I only use their photos if it fits my topic.
    (PS. Like for the post coming tomorrow) 😉
